H δεύτερη φορά από το Αιγαίο ως τον Ατλαντικό φαίνεται ότι ήταν κάτι σαν "Love Odyssey"!

Αυτή είναι η δεύτερη συμμετοχή μου στο American Songwriter Lyric Contest (2025) με ιδιάζον θέμα. 

Ένα τραγούδι με διττό χαρακτήρα που προέκυψε από ένα ποίημα που γράφτηκε πριν από χρόνια στα πλαίσια του μαθήματος της Συγγραφικής στην Σχολή της Αγγλικής Φιλολογίας (ΕΚΠΑ), ήδη δημοσιευμένο (εκδ. ΕΚΠΑ  & εκδ. Gutenberg). 

Eδώ το αρχικό ποίημα που έχει υποστεί αλλαγές από την πρώτη του μορφή με τίτλο Πάλι.

Αναγεννήθηκε, έγινε στίχος αγγλικός σε μορφή τραγουδιού με τίτλο "Love Odyssey" μιας και μιλά για μια ερωτική σχέση που χάθηκε και κινείται σε δύο νοηματικά επίπεδα με αναφορά στην επική Οδύσσεια: τον  χαρακτήρα του Οδυσσέα που είναι ταυτόχρονα και η ποιήτρια που το συνέθεσε με χαρακτηριστικό στοιχείο την διαχρονικότητα και την έκφραση της ελληνικής και παγκόσμιας Ψυχής που συμβολίζει ο Οδυσσέας.

Με την βοήθεια της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης (SUNO AI) για μια πρώτη μουσική επένδυση και αισθητική έκφραση της ιδέας να μου επιτρέπει μια επιπλέον ελευθερία  δημιουργήθηκε ένα demo, καθώς φαντάστηκα ότι το τραγούδι αυτό θα μπορούσε να είναι ένα soundtrack για μια ταινία με διεθνή αναφορά, επικά μεγέθη και ερωτική διάσταση ταυτόχρονα στις σκηνές που θα το αφορούν. 

Έτσι δίνεται εδώ μια τέτοια πιθανή εκδοχή που σίγουρα επιδέχεται περαιτέρω επεξεργασίας ή και αλλαγής.

This is my second entry in the American Songwriter Lyric Contest (2025), with a rather distinctive theme.

It is a song with a dual character, which originated from a poem I wrote years ago during a Creative Writing course at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Department of English Language and Literature), and which has already been published.

It has now been reborn and transformed into English song lyrics under the title “Love Odyssey”, as it narrates a lost love relationship and unfolds on two interpretive levels, drawing on the epic journey of Odysseus: the figure of Odysseus symbolically embodies both the hero himself and the poetess who composed the piece, expressing timelessness and the essence of the Greek and universal Soul.

With the aid of Artificial Intelligence (SUNO AI) for an initial musical arrangement and aesthetic exploration of the idea—granting me a certain freedom of artistic experimentation—a demo version was created. I envisioned the concept of this song as a possible soundtrack for a film of international scope, combining an epic scale with a profound romantic dimension in the scenes it would accompany.

This is therefore presented as one such possible version, which can certainly undergo further development or even transformation.
